Vlitix is the brainchild of Bart Bosch. Since 2015 he has been accompanying businesses on their journey towards a true quality mindset. To do so, he uses all the experience he gained during the 30 years he worked in various (inter)national quality management roles.
Bart started his career as a lab technician and shift worker. This is how, right from the start, he learned what ingredients make for a sound quality policy that leads to a minimum of complaints and a maximum of savings. He was subsequently promoted to department head of the laboratory.
With a strong foundation in quality management and systems, international business beckoned and Bart accepted a new challenge as Quality Systems & Audit manager at Heinz Foodservice. His job: harmonising the quality systems for 4 plants and auditing their suppliers. Next, he was appointed Contract Manufacturing Audit & Improvement manager with as main target quality improvement at 26 external plants.
After 15 years, Bart moved from Heinz to Campbell Soup Company to become their European Supply Quality Manager, managing a staggering 550 suppliers and sitting on 4 global steering committees within the Campbell Group.
With a backpack full of ‘quality’ luggage, Bart eventually ended up at Puratos. In that international role he was responsible for quality, the environment and the safety of a 7000-strong workforce.
In 2015, Bart decided to deploy his three decades of expertise to help companies develop, manage and improve their quality processes. He set up Vlitix with as main objective: creating added value for all his clients..
